At Southwest Airlines, I led a UX team and our agencies to create wires, comps, and fully functioning prototypes for user testing and delivery to development. I also developed the current style guide for the brand refresh. We worked on desktop, mobile, kiosks, and digital signage. The team size was 10 designers in total. My contribution to this project was creating the designs with the team along with creative direction on all output. The videos below are demos we created to pitch work to leadership before we started producing dev-ready assets.

BRAND REFRESH PROJECT (MOBILE)

Included with the rebranding effort, we were tasked with redesigning all the mobile experiences. This included mobile web, iOS, and android platforms. The demos below are our concepts we presented to leadership to get approval before building development ready assets.
